Refund and Cancellation
CurrentWebinar.com has defined clear policies concerning cancellations, substitutions, and refunds to ensure transparency and better service for our users. These policies apply depending on the type of event or product purchased.
Cancellations (Only applicable for Live Conferences)
- Cancellation for live conferences is allowed and accepted 72 hours before the scheduled time of the conference.
- Requests for cancellation placed under 48 hours will not be accepted. A $30 processing fee will be deducted from the deposited amount.
- We recommend informing us as early as possible about any cancellation request for a registered conference.
Substitution (Only applicable for Live Conferences)
- Participants may choose substitution instead of cancellation to avoid the cancellation processing fee.
- Substitution can be made by switching to another webinar at a different date/time or by transferring the registration to another participant for the same event. No fee is charged.
- Substitution is not permitted if the participant has missed the registered webinar/conference.
Refund Policy
- No refund will be issued if the participant did not receive webinar instructions and failed to contact customer service.
- Participants are responsible for contacting customer service at least 24 hours prior to the event at cs@currentwebinar.com.
- No refunds will be issued due to technical issues or system glitches on the participant's end.
- No refunds will be provided if login instructions are missed due to bounced emails or system restrictions on the participant's side.
- On-demand webinars are non-refundable.
